For those who successfully complete the S.T.A.R. Puppy exam, you will have the option of testing for the AKC Canine Good Citizen. This will take place during an additional 7th class. The fee for this is $10.00. For more info: STAR Puppy program

Competitive Rally is all about teamwork, and developing a strong handler-dog bond  is essential. This Rally Novice Class is designed to provide a fun and positive way to develop that bond for beginning and/or returning students preparing for Rally competition.

Rally competition consists of several class levels, each with their own set of signs.  In this class, emphasis will be placed on developing a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Novice signs.  They will be discussed in detail and practiced in a competition ring setting.  A weekly study guide will be provided for study/practice at home, as well as AKC Rally Competition Guidelines and other educational resources.

Purebred or Mixed Breed dogs are eligible, who are at least 12 months old, and have successfully completed a Basic Obedience Class or received a CGC Title within the last year.

An Obedience Skills Evaluation will take place on the first night of class to determine eligibility.
